NLTERMS OF SERVICE
By making a booking, the following terms and conditions apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for your interest in LYNNÉA MAKEUP. To ensure everything is clear and transparent, the following cancellation policy applies.
At the time of booking confirmation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required. This deposit secures your date and will be deducted from the final amount.
14 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT
Free cancellation. The deposit will be fully refunded.
7 TO 14 DAYS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT
50% of the total amount will be charged. The deposit will be deducted from this amount.
WITHIN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT
The full booking amount will be charged. The deposit will be deducted.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
The deposit applies to the service only. Travel costs are charged separately but will be waived if the appointment is cancelled before any travel costs have been incurred.
14 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT
Free cancellation. The deposit will be fully refunded.
7 TO 14 DAYS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT
50% of the total amount will be charged. The deposit will be deducted from this amount.
WITHIN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT
The full booking amount will be charged. The deposit will be deducted.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
The deposit applies to the service only. Travel costs are charged separately but will be waived if the appointment is cancelled before any travel costs have been incurred.
TRIAL SESSION
The trial session is booked and invoiced separately and is not included in the bridal booking.
60 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE THE WEDDING DATE
Free cancellation of the wedding booking. The deposit will be refunded.
30 TO 60 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING DATE
50% of the total amount will be charged. The deposit will be deducted from this amount.
WITHIN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING DATE
The full booking amount will be charged. The deposit will be deducted.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for your interest in LYNNÉA MAKEUP. To ensure everything is clear and transparent, the following general terms and conditions apply.
APPLICABILITY
These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, bookings, and agreements between LYNNÉA MAKEUP and the client.
SERVICES
LYNNÉA MAKEUP provides the agreed services as discussed at the time of booking or quotation. Any changes to the booking may affect pricing and scheduling.
APPOINTMENTS & PLANNING
Appointments are scheduled in consultation. The client is responsible for arriving on time and providing correct location details.
DEPOSIT
A deposit may be required to confirm a booking.
The deposit is strictly for reserving and performing the service and will be deducted from the final amount.
PAYMENT
The remaining balance must be paid immediately after the appointment or as agreed.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
Within a 30 km radius from Ridderkerk, a standard travel fee of €42,35 incl. VAT applies. Beyond this radius, €0,36 per additional km is charged. (Parking costs are charged separately.)
Travel costs are only charged if the travel has actually taken place.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation terms apply as outlined above and may vary depending on the type of service or occasion.
FORCE MAJEURE
LYNNÉA MAKEUP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. Any payments will be refunded or rescheduled in consultation.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be reported as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after the appointment.
APPLICABLE LAW
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
